Adaptable and resistant, the Santoku knife is usually used to chop and to slice. It is perfect to prepare fish and shellfish.
With a thickness of 3mm, the full-tang blade extends throughout the entire length of the handle. The knife is robust and well balanced. After cutting, the wide blade can sweep the prepared food off the board.

Sandvik stainless steel 12C27M - Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge.

Handle - The moulded handle is made from fibreglass polyoxymethylene which ensures excellent resistance to wear and water and outstanding impact strength. Thanks to its curved shape and triangular profile, it provides a secure and comfortable grip.
